Cancellation Policy

Overview

1. General Terms 

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to our official support ID. 

Verbal cancellations are not accepted. 

Cancellation requests will be acknowledged only after confirmation from AVKO Holidays and the respective service providers. 

  

2. Air Tickets 

Airline-specific cancellation rules apply. 

AVKO Holidays charges a processing fee in addition to airline cancellation charges. 

  

3. Hotel Bookings 

Cancellation charges depend on the hotel's policy. 

No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in. 

  

4. Holiday Packages 

30+ days before travel – Full refund after deducting admin/service fees. 

15–29 days before travel – 50% of the total package cost will be refunded. 

Less than 15 days – No refund applicable. 

  

5. Force Majeure Events 

AVKO Holidays is not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc. 

In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or offer credit, depending on the service provider’s policy. 

  

6. Group Booking Cancellations 

 

Separate cancellation terms apply and will be shared at the time of booking.
